Sea Wall Mural

New Smyrna Beach, FL: A couple years ago I had the opportunity to paint a seawall near Crawford Avenue.  The colorful spectacle is 6 feet high and stretches 60 feet wide.  The painting was inspired by an indonesian fabric dying technique called "batik" and includes multicolored coral and sea life.  The mural took 3 months to complete due to weather and tides.  If you're ever driving on the beach in New Smyrna, head one mile south of downtown's Flagler Avenue to see the wall.

Orlando Style Magazine

This month I did a photo shoot that no one would have predicted... a feature for a style magazine. The purpose of the article, "In Her Closet", was to showcase an Orlando woman who is known for her style and elaborate closet. The photos won't be published until September (fall fashion issue), and can be seen on the magazine's website: http://www.orlandostylemag.com/ at that time. All for now...

Surfline Photo Contest

March 2008: one of my photos from Boca Barranca (taken in December 2007) made one of the top 3 user photos of the month. To see a larger view of the photo, go to "matted photo prints" and click on photo #1.
